1) How long have you been sailing? Sailing for about 38 years2) Have you been in any other sail boat races? I have not been in any other races, but I have done several ocean trips - Bermuda, Virgin Islands, New England, Nova Scotia.
3) What's your main job on the boat if not one specific one which one's your favorite? Most Awesome Crew Member - a.k.a. I will do whatever Grandpa or Dad tells me to do :) I am pretty good at the wheel and like to steer the boat when the wind is really blowing.
4) Personal Motto? “Chad, remember there are children on board"
5) Age? 40, and proud of it!
6) Do you have a sailing career? Well, I have been sailing since I was a child (apparently Grandma used to put me in a cardboard box to sleep!). I love cruising in the Chesapeake Bay and discovering new places. New England is also a favorite sailing spot. One of the best parts of sailing is that we are all together as a family doing something we love, seeing beautiful creations, and meeting interesting people. I am so glad that my girls also love to go sailing.
